SHIPPING POLICY

WE KNOW YOU'RE EXCITED ABOUT RECEIVING YOUR HANDMADE FLOWERS.  ALL STANDARD ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 3-5 DAYS OF ORDERING.  SCOTT TRIES TO KEEP AS MANY PRODUCTS IN STOCK AS POSSIBLE, SO A LOT OF ITEMS WILL TYPICALLY SHIP WITHIN A DAY OR TWO.  IF HE HAS TO MAKE AN ITEM, IT WILL STILL GET SHIPPED OUT WITHIN THAT 5 DAY WINDOW.  PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING IS TYPICALLY 2-3 DAYS, AS LONG AS YOUR MAILMAN ISN'T HAVING A BAD DAY.

FOR CUSTOM ORDERS THAT USE COLORS NOT TYPICALLY STOCKED, ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR THOSE ITEMS TO SHIP.  

CUSTOM ENGRAVINGS USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDERING.  A NUMBER OF PLAQUES ARE KEPT IN STOCK, SO THEY WILL SHIP QUICKER. THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS LIST THE PLAQUES THAT ARE IN STOCK. 

 

IF YOU TOTALLY FORGOT ABOUT YOUR ANNIVERSARY AND NEED SOMETHING IN 2 DAYS, SHOOT SCOTT AN E-MAIL OR TEXT.  HE CAN PROBABLY SAVE YOUR REAR END FROM A NIGHT ON THE COUCH.

* DUE TO COVID-19 DELAYS- IF YOU NEED A PACKAGE QUICKLY, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND OPTING FOR PRIORITY EXPRESS SHIPPING. SHIPPING DELAYS OUR OUT OF OUR CONTROL ONCE THEY LEAVE OUR SHOP.

RETURN POLICY

OUR RETURN POLICY IS SIMPLE: WE'LL TAKE IT BACK.  

AS LONG AS YOU PAY FOR THE RIDE BACK TO US, WE WILL ACCEPT RETURNS ON ALL STANDARD ITEMS.  CUSTOM ORDERS OR CUSTOM ENGRAVINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.  IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, LET US KNOW AND WE WILL PUT IN A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. TAKE PICTURES OF THE PACKAGING BEFORE YOU OPEN THE BOX IF YOU SUSPECT THE PRODUCT HAD A ROUGH TRIP.

IF THE FINISH ON AN ITEM FAILS OVER TIME OR SOMETHING ELSE GOES WRONG THAT IS A PRODUCTION DEFECT, WE WILL PAY FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING AND EITHER REFUND YOUR MONEY OR SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT.

ALL PRICES ARE SHOWN IN U.S. DOLLARS. OUR COMPANY HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE DUTY PROCESS, OR ASSOCIATED FEES OR DELAYS. WE CANNOT REIMBURSE OUR CUSTOMERS FOR GOODS PURCHASED, SHIPPING COSTS, TAXES OR CUSTOMS FEES ON ORDERS UNDELIVERED DUE TO RECIPIENT REFUSAL.

CANNOT LEGALLY MISREPRESENT THE CUSOMS VALUE ON ORDERS. CHARGES ON DUTIES, TAXES AND COLLECTION FEES ARE IN ADDITION TO YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE. WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY INFORMATION REGARDING CUSTOMS FEES. ADDITIONALLY, WE ARE NOT RESPONSBILE FOR REIMBURSEMENT IF CUSTOMS ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT YOU, OR DELIVERY WAS ATTEMPTED WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE CUSTOMER AND THE ITEM WAS THEN LOST DURING ITS RETURN.

RETURNS- TO RETURN AN ITEM, YOU MUST CONTACT OUR SHOP WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATOIN.
